1. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered)
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Have original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or order number
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service (info@adepah.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged).
3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued:
- Within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- In original payment method
- For the full amount (minus shipping costs)
4. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item:
